In the present, there is an increased need for R&D solutions, international cooperation, coordination of national and european research activities in the actual and future Framework programs. It relates specially to the new membership states of EU (NMS), associated candidate states (ACC) and new independent states (NIS). Goal of the ATVN-EU-GP project is to help by the realization of these projects. The ATVM-EU-GP project not only identifies and explores the best ways, but moreover it improves their presentation by the preparation of the professional audio/video suggestions which will be helpful in the acquirement eEurope IST Call 3 goals. The ATVN-EU-GP suggests how to use prepared suggestions by creating professional audio/video content in the selected IST areas with the goal to simulate, strengthen and make easier the cooperation of organizations from the new membership states, original states and candidate states of the European Union and prepare them for the future cooperation in the effort to improve network technologies and coordinate national, regional and european research activities. It should motivate new researchers and prepare the quality projects in the selected areas of the IST. The presentation of the best from these projects from NMS, ACC and NIS should mobilize the european industry and scientific community into the creation of the high risk goals in the future by using demonstration and propagation of the best from their projects to the whole world. The multime digital library with audio/video program and with the selection of the best from the "best practice" of the projects allows the access to the best samples. It accelerates the development and reduces the barriers in the IST of united Europe by the broadcasting of the best suggestion. The ATVN-EU-GP project is a successor of the ICMAITN (IST-2001-38635) project in which the scientists and specialists are changing their knowledge and information.
